plan9000 - Equipment
Equipment refers to any 'object' on which company track maintenance, as machines, production lines, installations, buildings, personal cars & trucks, measuring instruments, tools etc

Equipment Records - basic equipment information, such as:

• The equipment type, serial number, manufacturer, purchase date, installation date, guaranty, equipment group, sub-group etc.
• Locations - Specify the exact location of the equipment by entering the location and department.
• Multi-level structure - the hierarchical relationships between equipment and their components (e.g. production line/machine/gear box/engine).
• Financial Data - fixed asset number and cost centre.
• Spares - the spare parts associated with each equipment or its type.
• Parameters - technical data associated witch each equipment or its type.
• Attachments - multimedia files, such as drawings, word processing documents or safety notes, can be attach to equipment records.
• User-defined Fields - Enter additional information (up to 3 fields) for each equipment, according to your needs.

Task Definitions

• Create task records for your facility's repetitive maintenance tasks (repair, preventive, modification, calibration ...).
• Sub-tasks - relationships between tasks.
• Scheduling - Schedule maintenance work by date (every 30 days), by meter (every 1000 cycles, temperature over 75 degrees ...), or both (whichever occurs first).
• Labour Assignments - Assign tasks to a specific person or a user-defined group of people like a shift or crew.
• Parts - Enter the parts needed to complete the task, and specify whether the parts are required for the task.
• Subcontractors - Assign tasks to a specific subcontractor or subcontractors.
• Attachments - Attach multimedia files, such as drawings, word processing documents or safety notes, to task records.
• Unlimited Task Instructions - Enter instructions, safety procedures, specialised maintenance information, repair procedures, etc., for each task.

plan9000 - Scheduling
Facility Schedule - Specify the days that the maintenance department normally operates each month. plan9000 does not schedule tasks for days that the maintenance department does not operate; instead, plan9000 schedule those tasks on the previous working day.

Task Schedule - Generate task schedule based on Facility Schedule and Task Definitions. Re-schedule backlogged tasks.

Dispatcher - View all tasks for a certain day, week, or month. View all backlogged and unscheduled tasks, all unapproved work requests, warnings and alarms from Diagnostics Module.

Export Task Schedule to Microsoft Project - Export information from current Schedule to Microsoft Project. View the information within Microsoft Project. As tasks progress, update plan9000, and then re-export the data.

Work Requests - Create requests for maintenance work.
Dispatcher - Add tasks to Task Schedule. Create work order. Ignore work request.
Request History - plan9000 saves the request information in history.

Work Order Generation - Generate work orders for scheduled maintenance tasks.

Work Flow Management - Manage work order assignments. View all work orders, or all work orders assigned to a particular persons or subcontractors.
